The petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offense.
The petitioner was previously granted bail by the court on October 12, 2018.
The petitioner and other accused were physically present in court on September 13, 2022, and received P.P..
On the next date, a pairvi was done by the pairvikar, and later the record was transferred.
The pairvikar of the petitioners was not informed that the case record had been transferred. As a result, the pairvikar continued to perform pairvi at the previous court, which was not attached to the record.
The current court received the record and, finding no pairvi, decided to issue a new warrant of arrest against the petitioners and others.
The petitioner was arrested on the fourth day of July 2025 and produced before the court.
The petitioner did not deliberately or intentionally misuse the privilege of bail. The petitioner is ready to provide bail bonds with reasonable securities to the satisfaction of the court.
